ESP Award Program Submission Information...

Thank you for deciding to submit your site, or to nominate someone else's site, for one of our awards.

Assuming you have reviewed the General Criteria and also, the Award Specific Criteria , and your site meets or exceeds these guidelines, all that remains is for you to fill in the entry form, to the right, with the requested information.

Submissions will be received during the following dates:

• January 1^st through March 15^th.
• April 1^st through June 15^th.
• July 1^st through September 15^th.
• October 1^st through December 15^th.

Following receipt of your submission, please, allow approximately two weeks for someone from our Review Board to contact you. Awards are announced and presented on a quarterly basis as follows:

• First Quarter: January 1^st through March 15^th
• Winners will be notified on March 31^st.

The above schedules allow for a minimum of two weeks for the review of your entry. If the Review Board has any questions regarding your entry, you will be contacted prior to the closing date for that quarter.

The Review Board consists of members of the staff and management of ESP Concepts combined with any outside persons, which may become prudent, for the fair, equal and thorough review of the site you have submitted.

Among all of those persons involved with the Awards Program, it is understood that the amount of effort, countless hours, creative energies, resources and passions required to create and maintain sites of the caliber, for which these Awards are bestowed, are immense. Rest assured that no effort will go unnoticed!

We appreciate your interest in our awards program and we appreciate, even more so, the amount of pride you feel for your work and passion for your cause that is made evident by your submission to our program.
