We are pleased to announce that, in addition to prior training, study and specialization, some members of our staff have achieved targeted certifications which enable us to provide even more extensive services in the areas of Copywriting and Editing; Design - including Illustration, Graphic Creation and Web Site Design; Windows Technology, CRM - Customer Relations Management and Customer Service.

This is not a complete list, by any means, as we do not always get this information updated in a timely manner. Plus, our outlook is that our work speaks for itself and it is much more important to 'show' than to 'tell'.
